Man Confidence provides same-day access to counsellors and therapists specialising in supporting men struggling with their mental health. Starting at £40 a session, you can book a therapist for yourself or a colleague/loved-one. For £320 you can book an appointment with a psychiatrist who can prescribe medication and follow you up and for £750 you can get tested for ADHD and if your diagnosis is positive, have a prescription and a follow-up appointment. We are working to truly support men and end the shocking statistics that men are so much more vulnerable to poorer mental health than women.
