Essential: - Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council - Experience in chronic disease management inc diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory conditions. - Previous Practice Nurse experience - Qualified smear taker - Imms/Vacs trained, inc childhood imms.
