Job Title: Deputy Ward Manager Specialty: CAMHS Band: Band 6 & Band 7 Location: Essex Salary: £43,000 to £46,000 We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join a Private Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex. You will work within the nursing team on a 11 bedded Private CAMHS Service Ward. This a full time permanent position with working hours of 37.5 hours per week. The role is available to start ASAP but can accommodate notice periods of up to 8 week notice period. The position offers a competitive salary of £43,000 to £46,000. The successful applicant will be patient centred and have the clinical ability to provide a high quality evidence based service, and the management skills to support the Ward Manager and the multi-disciplinary team. You will need to be a confident and effective leader who is motivated, dynamic and have a good working knowledge in mental health. Why use Athona?
