Welcome to Monitree. We’re Stuart and Sabrina, doctors with over 20 years of combined experience in the NHS. We started Monitree because we were tired of seeing healthcare professionals undervalued and overburdened by outdated systems. We wanted to build a platform that respected our skills whilst understanding our struggles balancing long shifts, career aspirations, and the need for flexibility.
That’s why, after several years of trial and error, we’ve built Monitree to give you an all-in-one solution to simplify your job search, open new doors, and give you more control over your career than ever before.
